The Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer (PIO) is the primary point of contact for the news media regarding law enforcement information or activities. This includes emergency as well as non-emergency/administrative activities.

Breaking News or Important Incidents

For the quickest response regarding breaking news or incidents, email the on-call Public Information Officer (PIO) at hcsopio@hallcounty.org.

PLEASE NOTE: The on-call PIO is available after hours/weekends ONLY for emergency response or major news events. Routine inquiries, follow-ups and mug shot requests may not receive a response until the next business day.
